Who's killing Croydon's cats?

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Surrey Police are reassuring the public of Croydon after a number of cat killings have shocked the area. Boudicca Rising from South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty said it became clear that "something sinister" was going on when a number of cats in the area were found dead with similar "gruesome" injuries. She said due to "the pattern" that the killings follow it appears that the attacks are being carried out by the same person. She added that people should keep their cats indoors "where possible" and they should "certainly" keep them in doors overnight. This clip is originally from 5 live Breakfast on December 12 2015.
