'Schweinsteiger is a quarter the player he used to be'

5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

John Hartson says Manchester United's marquee summer signing is at the heart of their problems after Louis van Gaal's team were eliminated from the Champions League at the group stages. Former Wales and Arsenal striker Hartson says Germany international Bastian Schweinsteiger is a quarter of the player he used to be, and United need more power in the centre of their midfield. Hartson also believes Van Gaal has "failed" in his duties, and that the club have not moved on from their poor season under former manager David Moyes. This clip is from 5 live Sport on Tuesday 8 December 2015.
