El Nino Weather 'Could Be As Bad as 1998'

El Nino is being blamed for some of the extreme weather conditions we are seeing across the globe - flooding, drought and unusual temperatures. In South America it's being linked to the worst floods seen in 50 years. NASA says it could be one of the worst El Nino weather systems since 1998 - the strongest on record. Dr Kamiar Mohaddes of Cambridge University has been looking into the economic effects of El Nino around the world. Eric Schmidt, head of tech giant Google, had encouraging words for entrepreneurs in Britain. Speaking to the BBC's Jonty Bloom, he explains what it would take for Britain to match the likes of Google and other American tech giants. We hear how the Japanese government is trying to encourage more women into the workforce with the concept of 'womenomics'.
