Council leader doesn't regret Cobblers loan

The leader of Northampton Borough Council says she doesn't regret helping Northampton's sports clubs, including the £10.25m loan to Northampton Town. Mary Markham said only "one item" had gone wrong but admitted it was a "big item". The loan to the football club is still outstanding.
