College friends capitalise on Japanese culture in Portsmouth

As millions still tune into The Apprentice each week, we wondered if the entrepreneur is still alive and well in the south. Well it appears so - two young people from Portsmouth have set up a business, capitalising on Japanese culture. The Tofu Cute shop opened in December 2014 in Fratton. And as BBC Radio Solent's reporter Neil Sackley discovered, it's roots go back to a friendship created at college.
