Lions management is 'shocking' says journalist Jones

Journalist Stephen Jones says the management and organisation of the British and Irish Lions is ‘shocking’ and needs modernising ahead of their 2017 tour to New Zealand. The Lions will face the Rugby World Cup winners in two years time and Jones believes unless things change, the All Blacks will win the series comfortably. “Lets get away from this thing that the Lions are an old thing, lets make it modern,” he said. “The Lions management and organisation is shocking and it is time it changed. “They’ve won twice ever in New Zealand since 1875 and the way they’re going it’s 3-0 next time,” he added. The Lions are made up of players from England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland and won their last series, against Australia in 2013. This clip is from 5 live Sport, Sunday 1 November 2015.
