BBC Radio Surrey Drive at 5Available for over a year
The ambulance trust for Surrey has been told by the health regulator, Monitor, to find out if any patients were harmed by a project that led to some response times being extended. Last winter, the South East Coast Ambulance Trust took up to an extra 10 minutes to deal with some urgent 111 calls.
