Category Five Hurricane Patricia, the strongest on record, has made landfall in Jalisco state in western Mexico. Mexican authorities have already been evacuating thousands of residents along the country's Pacific coast. We speak a journalist that was evacuated from the coast. We go to Argentina where voters are about to choose a successor to President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner.
