The Hindu Festival of Navratri - the 9 nights of dancing in reverence of Goddess Durga is in full swing. People all over the city have been out in their best outfits, and their dandia dancing sticks. Venues across the City have been packed out - for instance there were massive queues outside the Hindu Temple on East Park Road at the weekend with people unable to get in. So the popularity of Navratri seems to be as huge as ever. But how has Navratri changed over the years?
