Surrey votes on housing Syrian refugees

Surrey's county councillors vote unanimously for districts and boroughs to work together to house refugees from Syria. And the Bishop of Guildford is to host a refugee summit, arguing tha Surrey should revive the spirit of World War Two when it took in Jewish refugees.
