Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart

My Century

Available for over a year

Chinua Achebe's novel Things Fall Apart has been adapted for the theatre. Yomi A Michaels, an actor working in Lagos reveals his feelings about the book. "There is so much humour woven into what is essentially a very serious plot. It's about the meeting of the European culture, specifically a British culture, with that of an Igbo tribe around the turn of the century."
