When 19 year old Cara Henderson’s friend and Celtic supporter Mark Scott was stabbed and killed in a sectarian attack following a football match, she was propelled to set up the charity Nil by Mouth which aimed to challenge sectarianism, intolerance and prejudice. 15 years later, with the charity moving from strength to strength, Shereen caught up with Cara to reflect on her ambition as a teenager, and the freak gas explosion which forced her to face her demons from the past. Shereen began by asking Cara about her friend.
