Brazil Enters Recession

Brazil in now officially in recession. The economy shrank by 1.9% between April and June, on top of the the slight fall in the first three months of this year. We talk to Daniel Gallas, our South America business correspondent, about the series of setbacks that have hit this former star economy. It's ten years tomorrow when Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. We'll talk the owner of a restaurant business there who's optimistic about the future.
