We're marking the anniversary of VJ Day, by hearing people's memories of World War 2 in the Pacific. Maurice Naylor from Kirby Muxloe will be attending the commemorations this weekend in London marking the 70th anniversary of VJ Day. He won't be just marching in the parade, he's actually giving an address during the special church service. Maurice was only 20 when he was captured in Singapore, and taken 1000 miles to Thailand to work for the Japanese as a prisoner of war on the Burma Railway. He was at Tamakan - the camp immortalised in the fictionalised film Bridge over the River Kwai, BUT Maurice has been telling BBC Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair what it was like in real life:
