The head of the Trust taking over four Telford secondary schools talks to BBC Radio Shropshire's Kate Tebby about his plans. The Community Academies Trust already has schools based in Staffordshire and Warwickshire, but Philip Hamilton says the Telford Priory, Telford Langley and Telford Park Academies won't be run by remote control when they're formed from the Phonix, Lakeside, Sutherland and Wrockwardine Wood Academies in September.
