Markets Ride Out Greek Vote Storm

World Business Report

Available for over a year

But now Greek PM Alexis Tsipras needs to broker a deal. We're live in both Greece and Germany. Lucy Burton has been gauging reaction to Sunday's referendum in Athens, now that the country's emergency bank holiday has been extended. Meanwhile, Theo Leggett has been talking to Greece's creditors in Frankfurt, Germany - the home of the European Central Bank. To find out how ordinary businesses in Greece are faring, we also have a report from Sarah Stolarz, who visits a fourth-generation family owned marble factory, just outside Athens. Plus we ask Professor Stathis Kalyvas, author of "Modern Greece: What Everyone Needs to Know", whether Greece's historic past might somehow be responsible for the mess it currently finds itself in.
