Pam Ayres is appearing at the Cornbury Festival this summer as part of her UK tour to celebrate 40 years as a poet, presenter and writer. In that time she's performed on Opportunity Knocks, published six books, toured a stage show, hosted her own TV & radio programmes and entertained the Queen. And this Summer she's appearing at the Cornbury Music Festival. But it was BBC Radio Oxford that gave Pam Ayres her first opportunity to broadcast her work....
