Sharing feelings at the Heartbreak Hotel

Today

Available for over a year

When we normally go to see a play, we sit in rows of tiered seats and watch, we're spectators. But what if we could be able to take part in the action ourselves? A relatively new trend is gaining more interest, called immersive theatre. The audience become active participants in the dialogue and move around the set with the cast as the drama unfolds. Reporter Dave McMullan was swept along North Greenwich pier to seek out Heartbreak Hotel; a tale of infidelity, lust and destructive grief.
