Eleanor tells Shereen her story of joining a convent at 18, becoming a nun and training as a midwife in Liverpool. However at the height of the swinging sixties she decided to leave the convent because of her deep desire to start a family. Then she was told she couldn’t have children. Eleanor talks about coping with the news and her battle for adoption.
