Greece reveals bailout reforms

Big Boss Interview

Available for over a year

Greece reveals an early summary of the economic reform package demanded of lenders in exchange for an extension of the country's bailout. The plan includes measures to combat tax evasion, corruption and the smuggling of fuel and tobacco. It will also address what the Greek government calls the "humanitarian crisis" caused by austerity. The US Department of Homeland Security is about to run out of money because of a political row over President Obama's immigration reforms, raising fears of a partial government shutdown. We have a series of special reports form Bristol, European Green Capital for 2015, on how the English city is coping with the environmental problems posed by a growing population. And we find out how mobile phones can be tracked to within 100 metres just from data about their battery usage. We're joined throughout by David Kuo of The Motley Fool website in Singapore and Shikha Dalmia of The Reason Foundation in Detroit.
