Greece to push for revision of bailout

Big Boss Interview

Available for over a year

The new Greek government has won a comfortable victory in a parliament confidence vote in Athens for the continuing negotiations with Europe over what Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has called the "cruel" austerity programme. The government has reportedly drawn up a 10-point plan to replace 30% of its massive bailout deal. We get reaction from Dr Demetrius Syrrakos an economist at Manchester Metropolitan University. We also head to Cape Town where the top mining executives are meeting to discuss the big drop in commodities prices. We'll hear from the the man in charge of putting it all together, Jonathan Monroe. The English Premier League has announced a huge increase in the amount broadcasters will pay to televise live matches in Britain. It's reached a deal worth $7.8bn dollars over three years starting from 2016. Our sports reporter tells us who the big winners are in this deal. Joining presenter Fergus Nicoll are Emily Rauhala, Beijing correspondent for Time Magazine and Paddy Hirsch, Marketplace Senior Editor in Los Angeles.
