BBC Introducing

Available for over a year

Ledbury's Bleeding Hearts have already enjoyed a large amount of success in their career. They've released two EPs and three albums, played throughout the UK, Europe and North America to crowds of thousands of people and supported acts such as The Darkness, Miles Hunt, The Damned, The Levellers and The Oysterband. The Bleeding Hearts are an outspoken band with meaningful, thought-provoking lyrics and some great big tunes. Combining big guitars with strong vocals shouted and sung with emotion with some lovely melodic and uplifting energetic fast folk violins. As well as supporting big name acts, they've also played many headline shows and taken their fun, full-on live show to festivals all around the world. The band have got a huge fanbase in Germany. They've already done two German tours so far in 2005, with two more planned for the autumn - they've even got a German language section on their website.
