Shell to Resume Arctic Drilling

The oil giant Shell continues with its controversial plan to drill in the Arctic, despite falling oil prices. Office workers in Sweden are being offered the option to have a microchip surgically inserted under their skin. Technology correspondent Rory Cellan-Jones says it is to increase security and allow faster access to things like printing and payments. The CEO of one of the world's largest spirit makers, Diageo, says the company is suffering in key countries like China and Russia, which has contributed to an 18% slide in profits.
