In 2013 around 4,700 men took their own lives. Suicide is now the biggest killer of young men in England and Wales. Although the facts are shocking, there is lots of work being done to try and prevent people, particularly men, taking their own lives. Robert Stringer's son Hector took his life in 2011. He and his daughter Lotte told BBC 3 Counties Radio what happened.
