US Government Cyber Security Comes Under Scrutiny

US Central Command's Twitter and YouTube accounts are suspended after being hacked by a group claiming to be supporters of Islamic State. It comes as President Obama gave a speech on cyber-security. We'll hear from the US Government Accountability Office which says government agencies need to pay more attention to security. Cambodia's biggest dam came into operation on Monday supplying 338 megawatts of hydro-power. Is this unqualified good news or should environmentalists be worried?
