The growth of women's football has for some time been led by North America. Canada will host the World Cup Finals in July 2015 and one of the favourites for victory in the competition will be the USA. The country continues to be a proving ground for some of the brightest minds in the game. Like Emma Hayes. Emma is Jose Mourinio's counterpart at Chelsea, looking after their ladies team. She is the only female manager in the English Women's Super League. Emma had to leave managing in her native England to further her career in the United States, as she explained to Caroline Barker.
