People living in Rutland have been telling BBC Radio Leicester they feel they're being treated as second class citizens by their local emergency services. Both Leicestershire Fire and Rescue and Leicestershire Police are looking at making cut backs to their cover in Rutland, as they look to prepare for a future with a far smaller budget. For the fire service it could mean the loss of an engine and 12 crew in Oakham. The police force has already put a "for sale" sign on the town's station. As BBC Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair has been finding out, it's left some people living there feeling "terrified"...
