Team GB are in desperate need of a replacement for the current World Record holder in the Women's Marathon, as Paula Radcliffe nears the end of her career. Whitwick's Gemma Steel took up running in 2005 - having stumbled across her talent at a local running club. Now, she's competing for a place in the Olympic team in 18 months time.
