Oil prices tumble after OPEC decides not to cut production

Oil prices have fallen sharply and shares in energy companies have slipped back, after OPEC decided not to cut production, despite a glut of supplies. We will analyse why the oil cartel has shied away from its usual strategy of turning the taps off to limit supply to manipulate prices. We also hear from Spain where the government has today unveiled new laws aimed at stamping out corruption, after a series of scandals, which have involved people including celebrities and politicians. Pumpkins are usually more associated with Halloween in the United States, but now it seems they are becoming a part of Thanksgiving too. Professor Cindy Ott, from St Louis University, author of "Pumpkin: The Curious History of an American Icon," explains more about this change in traditional culture.
