If you've tried to convince a small child to clean their teeth you'll know it's not always easy. But it's vital children are taught how to brush properly and prevent long term problems. You may remember we recently reported how children in the city of Leicester have some of the worst teeth in the country - with figures from Public Health England revealing the city's under 5s have the highest rate in tooth decay in England - with more than 50% of our children suffering from tooth decay. Well one Leicester dental health educator was so worried about the state of oral health in the city that she now heads out to local pre-schools to teach children how to brush and to support nursery staff in a city-wide effort to improve oral health.Jo went to meet Sarah Brown at a pre-school in Leicester.
