Leicester's first Asian cricketer

A new website capturing the history of Asian communities in Leicester from 1945 to the present day has been launched. 'Our Migration Story' was created by the Confederation of Indian Organisations in the city, and delves into the personal stories of over 50 migrants to Leicestershire. The site was launched in the presence of the President of the CIO, Tara Mukherjee, who came to Leicester in 1948. He became the first Asian to play cricket for the county, scoring a century on his debut. In this clip, BBC Radio Leicester's Kamlesh Purohit speaks to Mr Mukherjee.
