Demolition starts at Worthy Down

Work has started to demolish redundant buildings at Worthy Down in Hampshire to make way for a brand new state of the art college. The £250 million development will provide a training centre for all three armed forces. When the Defence College of Logistics Policing and Administration opens in 4 years, it will consolidate the Ministry of Defence's training centres into one site Simon Gadd, Head of projects for the Defence infrastructure organisation told BBC Radio Solent's Neil Sackley what the site is used for and why the old buildings are coming down.
