People living in certain bungalows in Blaby aren't happy about a new building behind them

We went to Blaby, where a £7.8 million housing scheme for older people is being built. It's called Oaks Court and is designed to provide expert on-site care and support. The site includes a number of bungalows, and 50 flats - and is being built by Westleigh in partnership with Leicestershire County Council and Blaby District Council. Sounds harmless, but people living on nearby Winchester Road say they've watched in horror, as a new three storey building - containing the flats - has risen far above the local bungalows.
