Mark - Rooney shouldn't start for England

Following England's 1-0 loss in Estonia, Mark told Kelly Cates and Danny Mills that England captain, Wayne Rooney should not be starting for England. Mark suggested that Roy Hodgson should start Adam Lallana, Daniel Sturridge and Danny Welbeck as a front three in their next game against Scotland.
