A Leicester Canon has been left praying for a miracle after his church was wrongly charged 21-thousand pounds for a heating bill - on 2 Occasions! Canon Barry Naylor from St Andrews Church on Jarrom Street was sent the first bill by British Gas - with the funds being deducted from the account after a number of anomalies on its heating bills. The money was then refunded... But little did Barry know the EXACT same thing would happen again. BBC Radio Leicester's Bridget Blair went to meet Barry before he was charged - and then refunded for the second time
