Whether it's in the sea, a secluded lake or lagoon on holiday, or at one of the dozens of swimming pools in the south there's something magical about being in the water. But for hundreds of people a year the water is also a killer. The Royal Life Saving Society have been holding a series of training sessions across the UK, BBC Radio Solent's reporter Neil Sackley donned his red trunks and has been to the Ringwood Health and Leisure Centre to find out more.
