Waiting for a liver transplant

Drivetime with Eddie Nestor

Available for over a year

The number of organ transplants carried out in the UK has reached a record high but the NHS is particularly concerned about black and minority ethnic people in the capital, as barely a third are on the donor register compared to more than half of Londoners as a whole. Eddie speaks to Political Correspondent Karl Mercer about the figures and South-East Londoner Daniel Adeyemo about waiting for a liver transplant.
