The US has overtaken Saudi Arabia and Russia to become the world's top oil producer, according to a report by the Bank of America. The Tour de France starts in northern England this weekend. We ask what it will the world's most famour cycle race mean for the region's economy. And we hear from our reporter, Shilpa Kannan, in India where poor investment in cold storage and distribution problems mean the country wastes about $7 billion worth of food every year.
