All this week we've been exploring the links between Leicestershire and India as we get ready for the Indian cricket team to play at Grace Road tomorrow. Now, if you're partial to a Gin and Tonic of an evening, you may wonder why it's Indian Tonic water that we mix with the gin. Well, what we now drink for pleasure was once drunk in India to save lives as Ben found out whilst talking to a man who was in the process of distilling a new gin for the first time in a farm just outside Loughborough.....
