Unemployment has fallen to its lowest level for more than five years according to the latest figures from the Office for National Statistics. However while rates of employment are rising across the country, it's not such a positive picture for Britain's black communities. While employment is rising across the country the numbers of Black-African-Caribbean people in work has fallen by 6.6% compared with the previous year, that's the biggest decrease faced by any ethnic group in the UK.
