British soldier Wayne Ingram was on duty in Bosnia in 2003 when he met Stefan Savic, a four-year-old boy who was born with a life-threatening facial cleft. He made a pledge to help him, and raised money for a series of operations over the next ten years. Matthew also talks to David Dunaway, the British surgeon who carried out most of the procedures.
