Kent Police commissioner Ann Barnes insists she will not resign despite being accused of presiding over a series of disasters. Facing a grilling by the Kent Police and Crime Panel at County Hall in Maidstone, she apologised for taking part in a fly on the wall documentary that critics said made the force look like a laughing stock.
