24 year-old 'Sandra' was a modern day slave in Uganda and England, beaten up and raped by hundreds of men. No-one has ever been prosecuted for what happened to her. Sandra is now being looked after by two charities; City-Hearts and the Salvation Army. She told 5 live about the 10 years of abuse she's had to survive. "After my grandmother died, I was taken to a lady to work for her as a house maid. I was just 13 years of age and it all started from there", said Sandra. "Men would come in the house, sometimes four or five. This happened everyday for eight or nine months. "One day I was very sick and I was pregnant, he said he was taking me to hospital and he just left me on the side of the road... I still hurt but it's getting better." Courts in England and Wales are to be given new powers to ensure compensation is paid to people who are trafficked into the UK, held against their will and forced into work. This clip is from Breakfast 4 June.
