Russia and Ukraine head back to the negotiating table to discuss a new price for the gas Moscow sells to Kiev. Ireland is proposing a ban on branded cigarettes, exactly 10 years after it pioneered a national ban on workplace smoking. Plus, the US is allowing commercial drones to fly in its airspace - we look at how useful it will be for businesses, and who has applied for the first licenses.
