D Day veteran Leslie Garrett

70 years ago forces were gathering in, and off the south coast of Britain. They were getting ready to head into the unknown. Leslie Garrett from Eastney was one of them. Now 87, he was 17 on D-Day in June 1944. He was a gunner on HMS Diadem, one of the first ships to reach France. He's been talking to BBC Radio Solent's Sir Robin Knox-Johnston.
