A boxer from Luton, has been branded a local hero, after lifting up a car to rescue a cyclist trapped under it! Manny Muhammad was making his way to work when he heard the crash, between Reverend Mike Jones, who was riding his bicycle, and a car. Manny and another passer by managed to lift the car off Mike’s chest, saving his life. In this extract he tells Nesta McGregor on BBC Three Counties what happened…
