The controversial social network Ask FM has told BBC News it has learned lessons from criticism it faced about cyberbullying. The site which allows users to stay anonymous was at the centre of a row last summer when 14 year old Leicestershire schoolgirl Hannah Smith killed herself after receiving abuse. It later turned out she sent the abusive messages to herself but many say the company still has a problem. Radio 1 Newsbeat's technology reporter Jonathan Blake has been given exclusive access to Ask.FM's headquaters in Latvia. This is a first for Ask FM, and Jonathan's been telling Jo Hayward why they are talking now.
