Following the death of his father, Mason, who sufferes with Attention Defecit Hyperactivity Disorder, was disruptive in class. But instead of castigating him, Miss Daynes chose to reveal that she too was struggling, with a recent diagnosis of breast cancer. Following that moment, Mason has gone on to champion Cancer Research and is busy organising a huge fund raising event this Friday at Aylestone Park Football Club. Jim Davis went to meet Mason and Debbie at Samworth Enterprise Academy and they told Jim how this all began.
