Listener Chris Blott recorded this warm-up session at the English National Table Tennis Championships at Ponds Forge in Sheffield.. Chris made the recording while his son was competing in the National Junior and Youth Disability Swimming Championships taking place at the same venue. He explained: "Being a nervous parent, it was easier to go and watch the table tennis instead. Having said that, he won four golds and two silver medals!"
