Healthy quadruplets were born to Taghiri and Massaya in Mberra refugee camp in Mauritania. The family were among thousands of refugees fleeing violence in Mali. "The arrival of the quadruplets represents hope for us but also a big challenge," says the father. "We want to take care of all of them and their education. I have 10 children now."
